I don't know how anyone could produce the code section
when it hasn't been disseminated yet.
Everything in the universe is not automated. Some poor
schmuck paid by your tax dollars has to type it in
and disseminate it, whether on paper or electronically.
By the way, this was a friend who is a technician for
Verizon, not an official spokesperson, who was just
trying to do me a favor. I would expect someone in the
cellular business to be aware of issues affecting
that business.
This is off-topic for this list, so I'm not commenting further here.
