When we had Verizon at my home, we got like 10 a day.  Calling anywhere from
7 am to 9 pm, even on the weekends!!  I switched to Cavalier and with their
Unknown phone blocking ability, that is no extra cost, its down to less than
one a day that squeeks through.  Its not perfect, but I'll take that any day
over what we were going through.  I recommend to anyone since our monthly
bills are cheaper and a lot of these extra things are free with the monthly
service.

After receiving several hundred telemarketer calls in the first few months I
had a home phone, I gave up. I cancelled my SBC service. I still have a cell
phone. In the years since getting rid of the wireline phone I have not
received a single sales call.
