My department here in TN has a similar design.

I promised someone on this list some pictures.  My TO DO list saying to =
send pics of police cars is pretty clear but I didn't write the =
name/address of the requestor.

My sincere apologies for those this doesn't affect.

Yesterday was my birthday.  As I get a year older my TO DO list (and =
other lists) get more important.

Thanks for your consideration of my dumb-ness.
