[Scan-DC] 282.375 Follow Up

I recently posted concerning an aircraft calling Potomac Approach on
282.375. Today I have Slam ## calling Richmond Approach on it. I have not
done any web research on it yet, but thought I would throw this out to see
if anyone could give a 2nd that it has been used for Richmond in the past
and the TRACON might be taking it over.
