Hello all,

225 MHz is widely used nationwide even though it is a "border" freq between
the amateur band and milair.

This freq has since extansive activity nationwide and during the dark days
after 9/11 was identified in 2 of the 6 NORAD regions as a CAP and tanker
freq. This could be a nationwide NORAD assignment but will will have to see
activity in at least one other NORAD ROCC to make that determination. The US
Army at Fort Campbell also uses this freq for tactical air communications
and is assigned this frequency officially.

73 all and good hunting,
