[Scan-DC] 257.7 for Washington Center???

Folks I have caught quite a bit of traffic on 257.7 with Washington Center.
I have looked through the latest UFR/IFR Supps and the AIRNAV website. Can
anybody give me the confirmation that this is a Wash Ctr freq and offer a
little more info? Also, If possible could you point me toward a good web
resource that might list it. 

I don't like identifying freqs off of web pages as I don't know how current
they are.
