[Scan-DC] Howard County

As with many of the other countiews in the area, Howard is running NON STOP. 
There have been at least 3 collapses in the area, one of which was a barn in 
Clarksville with livestock trapped (yes, there ARE still farms out there!). 
Another one, which is happening righ tnow, is a buiulding collapse in the 
Savage / Jessup area at 8441 Dorsey Run Road. E-61 was dispatched as a single 
engine company to investigate a poss building collapse with everyone out. The 
box was then filled due to smoke coming from the roof. All units are 
currently operating at that location on Fire 3 /  Charlie 1 (154.175). The 
Clarksville barn collapse is on Fire 2 / Bravo 1 (154.220). I'll post any 
further any incidents if anyone is interested.
