[Scan-DC] Lockup on FFX County Trunking

HELP! I just got my Uniden 785D Radio and it is really nice. However,
When I put in the FX County freqs and scan the trunk. There are several
channels that sound like they have dead carriers. I hear them as I
manually step through the channels. I have tried everything I can think
of, squelch-wise, etc. I don't want to have to lock these freqs out.
 
Also, any 785D/250D owners out there figured out how to get the CC
function to work correctly?
