[Scan-DC] Culpeper area

While out for a ride today I picked up a weak signal on 141.225 fm.  The 
jargon sounded military related.  I cruised by the local NG armory and it did 
not appear to be coming from there.  Any ideas who this might be?  Not even 
sure why I had this freq. in my radio.

I also cruised by the Coffeewood Correctional Center and picked up internal 
comms on 453.05
