[Scan-DC] Russian Embassy Interference

Yeh, I forgot, Intelsat is down there somewhere in the same area.  I just 
looked up the Russian embassy on switchboard, and came up with 2650 
Wisconsin, which I think is near Calvert... and another location 
(information department) at 1706 18th street... I think the building on 16th 
is no more... will have to take a ride down there.

So, yeah, I must have been wrong about the van ness location... but I coulda 
sworn they had built there... d'you know who did?

Now I'm curious - will have to go downtown soon - maybe this weekend if the 
streets are clear (yeah, right!)
