[Scan-DC] 324.000 DC CAP

1.  I am located approximately 120 air miles south of DC.  I have
preamped antennas tower mounted at 125 ft.  I am hearing one aircraft on
324 mhz. not extremely strong, but with a noise free signal.  He is
talking only to "HUNTRESS" a ground controller and discussing
"BULLSEYE".  Is there only one aircraft patrolling?  I do not hear any
air to air comms.  Does anyone know the a/c's flight level?  The
aircraft's transmitted signal  will be 10 watts AM omni-directional with
maybe 2-3 watts transmitted in my direction.  Knowing the a/c's flight
level will be helpful to me in confirming  I can receive a/c  milcom
transmissions noise free +/- 120 air miles at that given altitude.  Tnx.
