[Scan-DC] Drill in Alexandria right now

A lister wrote yesterday saying she had heard that there would be a drill
in Alexandria on the following day. I replied that there was a drill on
Saturday. That was true. What is also true is that there is a drill going
on right now.

There is a helicopter hovering over, approximately, the intersection of
King Street and Janneys Lane. A cruiser just drove by running code 3. The
drill includes trapped reporters in a trailer outside the courthouse and
a hard landing by a helicopter in the parking lot of the Masonic Temple.

If you're away from your scanner and you're wondering what the brouhaha
is all about, this is it. Lister, you were right.
