Just got this notice from people in Alexandria, it may be old news for all I know. We've been alerted that the City will be conducting a major rescue operation exercise at the Courthouse tomorrow. If you come in via the Beltway take the Route One exist into Old Town and avoid Telegraph, as Duke St. near the King Street Metro may well be blocked. See you tomorrow. Cathy
