[Scan-DC] New E-Scanner software

Good morning. I have spent the morning looking at the E-Scanner software =
Uniden shipped with the new BC-785D and BC-250D units, and I have to =
agree that it seems to be worthless software.

It is not user friendly, and it appears that you cannot build any =
personal databases or create talkgroups.  Instead you must pay =
additional money to Uniden to download their files.=20

Unless I'm missing something obvious, we will have to wait a month or so =
for third party software to program these radios or do it manually.=20

Has anyone else had better luck with this software?
