[Scan-DC] Potomac Tracon

All,

Looks like the old DCA controllers are now part of the new Potomac 
Tracon--following on the heels of the controllers at Dulles.

In the last two days I've heard the BWI controllers handing over aircraft to 
Potomac Departure on 125.65 and Potomac approach on 124.2 and 121.05.   These 
are the former DCA freqs.
