[Scan-DC] Mogo Council Meeting Tomorrow

Hi Charley,

TMC is "Traffic Management Center" - the way I understand it, this is the 
bunch that monitors traffic conditions in the county via cameras, the plane, 
etc, and controls the traffic lights, all that stuff.

Dunno about the minutes - good question!  We might search the Montgomery 
County website and see what comes up - I'm leaving the house in a few for 
work (I work 2-10 some days) but will try to remember to do that when I get 
to the office.
