I knew I saw something about this on the LISR board; and I was right.
Mike Burnett posted this back in Feb, and it seems to have a bit more data
than the Trunkedradio.net listing. Question is, which one is right?
---------------------
In addition to my long-winded "Correction to Baltimore County" I have
also noticed that the MTA frequencies are listed incorrectly. (I think I
started into this one somewhere else...) The MTA uses a UHF Type II
Securenet Trunking System that has 9 frequencies. They are as follows:
Base Frequency: 494.000 MHz
System Offset: 12.5 KHz
494.3375
494.4375
494.6125
494.6375
494.8125
494.9625
495.0375
495.1625
494.7625 is the Transit Police dispatch frequency and is NOT part of
the trunking system (its conventional). The Talkgroup ID's I have found so
far are as follows:
1712 - Bus Dispatcher
1904 - Bus Dispatcher
1936 - Bus Dispatcher
1968 - Bus Dispatcher
2000 - Bus Dispatcher
1680 - Access Vans - Dispatch (Handicap bus)
2128 - Supervisors - Dispatch
2384 - Supervisors - Talkaround
2032 - Supervisors - Bus consult patch
2064 - Supervisors - Bus consult patch
2448 - Telecomm Office - Radio Maintenence
2512 - Vehicle Maintenence/Engeneering
2480 - Vehicle Systems Engeneering
1744 - Light Rail Control - South
1776 - Light Rail Control - Central
1808 - Light Rail Control - North
In addition the Light Rail trains still use the old VHF rail frequecies
which are correctly listed except for the police one.
