[Scan-DC] 141.225 FM ?

This was a weird one for me. On 141.225 FM mode I copied transmissions from
cs "Hawkeye" to cs "Indian Hole". 

After communications were established they went secure. They broke the
squelch several times but no comms were heard.

The comms were heard in St. Mary's County MD. Anybody have any info on who
the heck it was I was hearing?
