[Scan-DC] Anne Arundel Barricade

AA Police set up a command center with a pile of police cars and a bus =
at Waterford Park
on Saturday afternoon.
Happened to be leaving the park when they all started flying in.
Monitored 58256 and 2 other tac channels the rest of the evening until =
it was over.
They were surrounding a house on the other side of the park and using =
the park to stage,
since the target house apparently was adjacent to the other side of the =
park.
The park is at Pasadena Road and rt. 648.  From the sound of things they =
eventually
must have shut down Pasadena Road, but I'm not certain of that.
The situation went on for over 3 hours.
About the time they got to the point of using negotiators, the =
individual came out and
gave up to police.  Heard the name of the individual but not sure what =
the issue was
all about.  Anyway, it ended without incident.

So far I heard that James Rd & Pasadena Rd is in the target area.  Still
do have the exact location of the barricade, or any other details.=20
