There are 2 primary repeaters in SNP, one on the north end that repeats
166.3 over to 166.9, and another on the south end that repeats 166.3 over to
164.575. These ahould be ch's 2 & 3 respectively with different PL tones to
access each channel. They are then multicasted back and forth by the UHF
backbone system of which 411.85 is one of. Channel 1 is 166.9 in a direct
