[Scan-DC] Sramble

There has been a scramble of military aircraft in the DC area presumably =
for an aircraft that entered a restricted zone.  I'm hearing controllers =
talking about it at National and Andrews, but yet to hear anything on =
previously identified discrete or CAP frequencies.
