[Scan-DC] Shenandoah National Park Rangers

Several times last year, as late as October, crossing the drive at Luray I
found Shenandoah National Park to be using 166.900 and 164.575. Both had a
ctcss of 127.3 and both always showed an input of 166.300 with the same
ctcss. It sounded more like simulcasting at that time. The Park UHF that
link the VHF repeaters, that is perhaps what the 411.85 is. Although not
impossible I suppose, but a VHF freq with a UHF input..........???
