Montgomery County currently has a working high rise fire @ 555 Thayer Ave
in Silver Spring.  1st In Fire Dept unit reported smoke showing from the
5th floor of the building.  Update reports Mont Cnty Police are on the
5th flr, there is a apt on fire, and they are attempting to evacuate the
5th flr.  Fire Operations on Mont Cnty Ch1-153.950.        Eugene.
