[Scan-DC] Rush Networks - 220.1075 MHz

Hey all.
I was scanning around and found a data signal at
220.1075MHz.  I then went to the FCC website and found
it was Rush Networks.  
(website: www.rushnetwork.com)
They operate a "nationwide" data and voice service. 
It seems they have transmitters in Fairfax, Towson and
Gettysburg.
I am trying to find out about their trunking format. 
Their website says MPT-1327 and I tried to email them
but my emails keep getting rejected.
Has anybody ever heard of or dealt with Rush Networks
and is their format truely MPT-1327?
