[Scan-DC] Code 3!!

Anybody happen to hear what was going on in Mtgy County, either Bethesda or 
Rockville, I guess, at about 10:30 or 10:45 pm on Sat night?  I was 
northbound on I-270 just south of Montrose, and about 12 MCP cruisers were 
southbound code 3 - some got on at Falls, some at Montrose I think, and 
maybe some at 28 - not sure exactly.  I had the scanner with me but hadn't 
bothered to program those channels (arrgh!) so missed whatever was 
happening.  Somewhere along the line I did hear a unit, Rockville I think, 
ask the dispatcher to notify Car 10 of a short pursuit.  I got off at 28 and 
went back south to Democracy but never saw anything...
