[Scan-DC] P25 usage information

  Some of you who read MT know the name Dan Veeneman; he writes the
Tracking the Trunks column.  He has just posted on his website the FCC data
for those systems using P25 technology at:

  http://www.signalharbor.com/apco25-systems/index.html

  So here's another source of info in case you run into confusion about
what site uses what freqs.  This is subject, of course, to the FCC posting
the data in the first place (there's nothing there, for example, about the
recently announced
expansion of the Anne Arundel County system, for example).  But it is a
place to start if all else fails.

  I'll be adding this site to our pages shortly, along with adding the ones
specific to our coverage area to our other pages.
