I think I missed something - did we get them figured out?

I got curious - my radio won't program to 164.8625; closest I can get is 860 
or 865 - am hearing something on 865 similar to the traffic described on 
8625 (very strong in Gaithersburg) with unit IDs like Unit 33 and Unit 34... 
33 wanted to talk to 34 on "the net"... I wondered if it was a private 
security service... anybody know?

Haven't heard anything on 148.425...
