Jeff,

Nice catch.  139.35 is indeed a new VHF freq for the 121st FS F-16s.  They 
used to use 125.125 MHz as their VHF # 9 freq but it is now used by Philly 
approach.  So 139.35 could be the new VHF # 9 freq.
