[Scan-DC] new procedures at Potomac

  I think it's fair to say that not everyone is comfortable with the check
in procedures as yet.  I heard several aircraft make the same mistake the
'emissary'
noted in a previous message, and I even overheard a Delta aircraft asking
the controller what the correct check in procedure is now (that was on
123.825, which was very busy last night).  

  Obviously with the New Year upon us, and many folks returning from
vacations, it will behoove us to watch to see what freqs and procedures
Potomac adopts to handle the onslaught of people.  73s  Mike
