Yea, I understand this.

I don't want to be "High strung", but I don't ever want to let my guard down
either.  Remembering the test runs prior to 9/11 (passing security), this
"Nothing found" should never be totally dismissed.  I hope someone,
somewhere is tracking these type of calls to be thorough.  We may never know
if this was one of those test response type of situations.

Oh yea I don't doubt it but I have been soo
many bombs jobs and the real ones are fairly
well contained and you won't see any
external devices.
But it could be real.
