[Scan-DC] Box 28-10

Montgomery Box 28-10 was just sounded for 86## Welbeck Way - 2 doors up from 
me!  Turned out to be a dryer vent, but scared the #*^$ outta me, because if 
one of these goes up, all 16 of them will be gone... 8x8 back-to-back.  To 
make matters worse, we are absolutely as far as you can get from the 3 
nearest fire stations... the boundaries between 8, 28, and 17 are right down 
the hill at the corner.  Whew.

Good intent - I'm in service and 10-7.
