[Scan-DC] Potomac TRACON

All,

Looks like the local controllers are starting to use the terminology 
associated with the phasing in of the new Potomac TRACON procedures. On 
several occasions over the Christmas holidays I've heard the BWI controllers 
turn aircraft control over to Potomac Approach, instead of Dulles Approach, 
which had been the case previously.  The freqs dientified for Potomac 
Approach are the same (right now) as those used by Dulles.
