[Scan-DC] DCFD test vehicle repeater system

Not sure if this got mentioned, but DCFD recently conducted a drill 
of a new repeater system mounted atop one of their Batallion Chief 
vehicles.  There are some photos of the unit at antennas at dcfd.com
