Eric is right,

It's Post Ictal - and they run it together all the time. It's the period 
after a seizure. It's when they are very tired because their whole body has 
been through a work out and they just want to sleep. It's funny - but alot of 
EMT's even spell it wrong - and call it Post Dictal - which obivously isn't 
correct - but it's how they make it sound. 

Also about the CON-sult. If you con-SULT w/ your attorney that's one that. 
But when you CON-sult w/ the hospital that's a little different - you are 
calling to obtain medical direction. I believe websters shows both 
pronunciations.
