Command reporting no further visible fire reported externally att.

Units still hitting hot spots on 3rd floor.   All units are being requested
to back out except for one crew inside for regrouping/reassignment on Side
A.

Corrected address now 8842 & 8844 Thomas Lea Terrace.

Frederick County & Carroll County units transferring in to fill area
stations.
