[Scan-DC] Re: 09-11-audio

I captured a bit of my conventional scanner as things began
and then captured about 45 minutes' worth from Arlington's
trunked system thereafter.

The .mp3s total about 25MBytes at the fairly good quality
at which I encoded them. I could get them smaller if necessary.
They are not available where I am visiting now, I would be
February before I would be in position to do anything with them.
