[Scan-DC] tracking on 44.74

All,
It's not (AX.25) Packet, it's straight 1200 baud
ASCII. I've done it using a PK-232 as well as a
Kantronics KPC-3.
The data strings are a bit cryptic, but you it's easy
to identify the lat long heading and altitude.
