Finally, at long last, Fairfax County fire dispatch audio
on their UHF transmitter (460.575) is LOUD AND CLEAR.

For years, it was mush-mouth central, but I suppose that
with the new consoles they could tear out the old stuff
and make it sound good, which it does. Now, it doesn't
really matter since nobody listens to it but scanner buffs. :(

Too bad this couldn't have been done about 10 years ago
when they depended on the UHF system entirely.
