[Scan-DC] MSP trooper helicopters

I have 44.74 MHz for the helicopters. 

You might also hear packet data flying across there
as I believe that they transmit GPS location data
on that same channel, but that's just an educated guess.

It makes it sound like the AMRAD repeater back in the day
on 147.21 in Tyson's Corner.
