It's interesting that there are several different users on this freq; in fact, in 1 book I have, there's a note that says that altho this freq is licensed to PG County OEP, other agencies routinely share this freq. That's not all that unusual; I've heard other agencies doing the same thing, particularly at night or on weekends, when other users of the freq may not be around. 73s Mike
