[Scan-DC] MCFD body recovery on river

As of around 5:15 pm on Friday, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue (STRIKE 
TEAMS!) are in the process of fishing a body out of the Potomac at Violet's 
Lock - I forget how far upriver that is... apparently a DC dive team is also 
on the way.  Park Police helicopter Eagle One was apparently not needed.
