[Scan-DC] Trunk reception in Frederickburg

Gee I am two for two today. Fairfax County Fire and Rescue department is
still simulcasting dispatch which is referred to as 4A on 460.575 mhz. Also
if you put the following frequencies in conventionally (non trunked) you
will pick up most analog fire department radio traffic, just remember to
lock out and unlock the rotating control channel.
