As far as I can tell, no, they do not have an 800 trunk net.
Fire freqs:
33.860: Main Dispatch
33.840: Tac 2
33.820: Tac 3
PD:
39.180: Wash Co Sheriff
39.340: MSP
856.712: Hagerstown PD ch 1
857.712: Hagerstown PD ch 2 (talkaround)
Hancock, Boonsboro, and Smithsburg PD's are all dispatched off of the MSP
channels as far as I have heard.
The Hagerstown 800 system is not a trunk system, just regular 800.
