[Scan-DC] Trooper 2 on 154.34

All,

Today, while doing a band scan of the Coast Guard LANT freqs I ran across MSP 
medevac helo (Trooper 2) working with Engine 401 on 154.34 (no PL noted) as 
they coordinated an LZ for Trooper 2.

Later on, this freq appeared to be used by a Fire Dispatcher.  I couldn't 
tell which area he was located in but I'm guessing somewhere in Baltimore 
County.
