[Scan-DC] Coast Guard Tidbit

Looks like there's a new Coast Guard Cutter in our area.  I've been hearing 
the Cutter Willow (a seagoing buoy tender) working with Activities Baltimore 
and a vessel 01 most of the day here in the Baltimore harbor area.

According to my last information, the Willow was based in Newport Rhode 
Island. There are several possibilities:

1. The  Willow may just be down here for a temporary deployment;

2. The Willow is due to be at the Curtis Bay shipyard for 
repairs/overhaul/modifications;

3. The Willow has been tranferred down here to bolster the local units as 
part of the homeland security thing.
