Anyone monitoring U.S. Park PD F-3 on 167.075? This morning around 8:00 a.m. 
(11/19/02) there was a high volume of radio traffic of dispatches, traffic 
stops, wanted checks and the like. My question is for frequent monitors was 
this some sort of drill, training exercise, or did the Park Police all of 
the sudden become extremely busy?
