Thanks for the reply. Radio Shack has 3 models of TV/FM amps - the top dog is 
$62 and offers up to 30 db gain....am curious which you have utilized. Any 
major problems w/ overload from RF or electronic noise in the area of the 
scanner (i.e. computer/monitor)?
