[Scan-DC] Howard update

One adult male, involved in a motor vehicle collision with fire / significant 
burns to extremity, also significant trauma to vehicle and possible to the 
patient / patient to go by air to a trauma center (unk which one ATT, as STC 
is on fly-by), not to a burn center (currently, anyway) / Command (EMS-1, 
medical duty officer) adv crews searching the woods with thermal imaging 
cameras from TL-10 for a poss second subject. Command now advising primary 
and secondary searches are negative.
