[Scan-DC] Howard Co - car fire with poss people in the car

216 & Leishear Rd, car reported fully involved with possibly people inside. 
Reported one with burns to legs and arms. Units en route, but not on the 
scene now. MSP Trooper 8 pre-alerted on the call. Howard Fire 1 (154.250).
