[Scan-DC] Planespotters' Appeal Begins

I don't know why they came back for the appeal, but
I could think of two reasons why they came back.

Perhaps it involved extradition treaties between Greece
and the UK/Netherlands, the ease of getting someone
back into Greece fro UK or Netherlands.

Related could be that with the EU membership that the countries
have legal obligations, similar to extradition treaties.

Also, there could be some serious bail money involved, and
that could be a real incentive.

Considering the money involved, per the CNN article, and
perhaps the jail time they were looking at, related to the
issue of being prosecuted for what might essentially be
public information, I can see why they may have wanted to
bring this up.  Also, since there is diplomatic interest in this,
the 14 were told by their home governments that it might
be in their best personal interests to come back.

All are guesses, tho.
